INTERNSHIPS & MENTORING
We’re always looking for kick-ass interns at Romero Athletics. The role will involve comprehensive training on athletic development techniques, rehabilitation, nutrition, and strength & conditioning methods.
The applicant must have an open mind to different training philosophies and techniques, have some prior knowledge or experience working in the industry OR be completing a certificate in fitness. The role can be part time, or full time depending on the person’s availability.
The most important factor to a successful applicant is the right attitude. We’re looking for someone who wants to observe, practice and master multiple different coaching techniques. We have a no bullshit, just real shit philosophy which means you’ll need to be 100% dedicated to the learning process and to the success of our clients.
At the end of the internship you’ll walk away with a solid framework on how to work with athletes, the hands on experience to coach your own clients with optimal technique and the knowledge of what goes into a successful program.
